About The Role
Pangulf Group urgently looking to hire an experienced **Café Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our café in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing café operations, leading a team, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the café.
- Train staff on food and beverage preparation and proper use of equipment.
- Organise staff schedules, supervise shifts, and ensure smooth service operations.
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and expenses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure the timely availability of stock and ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Address customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to menu development and introduce seasonal items.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and reputation.
- Ensure café premises and equipment are maintained in top condition.
Requirements & Skills
- **Experience:** 3–4 years as a Café Manager in the UAE (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with coffee machines and café equipment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of café accounts and cost control.
- Must be available to work during café operating hours (including weekends and holidays).
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
• UAE Driving License
- Multilingual (English, Hindi, Arabic preferred)
