Daily store management
- Ensure stores operate during scheduled hours and online platforms remain live during operating hours.
- Enforce hygiene and grooming standards, food safety guidelines, and store planograms.
- Manage daily cash expenses and banking and conduct daily briefings with the store team.
- Meet sales targets, maintain visual and merchandising standards, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Review sales and inventory reports and accurately record stock movements, closing stock, and wastage.
- Monitor wastage, implement marketing-team updates, and conduct role plays and training discussions.
- Complete Waffle Academy training courses on time and take on Shift Manager duties when needed.
Weekly tasks
- Analyze weekly sales and staffing status to assess team performance and target achievement.
- Monitor Google reviews and take corrective steps under company SOPs.
- Conduct team sales reviews and discuss performance across online platforms.
- Update weekly inventory and wastage records and ensure attendance is updated and approved.
Monthly tasks and compliance
- Analyze data to explain significant trends and review Like-for-Like results for comparable store setups.
- Review audit results and develop action plans to address identified issues.
- Analyze competitor sales data to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Review operations scorecard data and take corrective steps; maintain frontline checklists and daily sales records.
- Verify license and fire-extinguisher information and review pest-control reports.
- Raise queries through the ticketing system and celebrate the Store R&R Program according to guidelines.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,400–4,000 per month.
