Job Offer: Junior Cafe Chef (Morning Shift)
We are looking for a Junior Cafe Chef who is passionate about food, eager to grow, and ready to take responsibility in the kitchen.
This role is ideal for someone with ambition, focus, and a strong willingness to learn and develop.
Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Off Days: 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items ahead of service (mise en place)
- Cook breakfast items, especially all types of eggs (omelets, scrambled, poached, etc.)
- Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and light cafe meals
- Assist in dessert preparation and plating (cakes, waffles, French toast, etc.)
- Follow recipe cards and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready at all times
- Check product expiration dates and ensure proper food storage
- Monitor kitchen inventory and prepare orders at least 2 days in advance
- Follow instructions from the manager and support overall kitchen operations
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Basic kitchen or cafe experience preferred
- Valid health certificate
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Strong focus, discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
- Good teamwork and communication skills
