Site Selection & Development
- Identify and evaluate suitable locations and plots for a drive-through café concept.
- Assist with lease negotiations and landlord coordination.
- Coordinate site feasibility assessments.
- Liaise with relevant authorities regarding approvals and requirements.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage all licensing and permit requirements.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, DED, Civil Defence, RTA, DEWA, and other authorities as required.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance throughout the project.
Concept Development
- Assist in refining the café concept and customer experience.
- Develop menu strategy and pricing structure.
- Recommend equipment specifications and operational requirements.
Design & Fit-Out
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee fit-out works and project timelines.
- Ensure the project remains within budget and schedule.
Supplier & Procurement Management
- Source coffee, matcha, protein products, ingredients, packaging, furniture, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing.
- Establish inventory and procurement systems.
Recruitment & Team Setup
- Develop staffing structure.
- Recruit key operational personnel.
- Assist in onboarding and training staff.
- Create operational procedures and staff manuals.
Marketing & Brand Launch
- Coordinate branding, social media presence, and launch campaigns.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies.
- Assist with pre-opening and grand opening activities.
Operations & Handover
- Establish daily operating procedures.
- Implement POS, inventory, and reporting systems.
- Conduct trial operations and soft launch.
- Deliver a complete operational handover upon project completion.
