Job Title:Caf Chef Location: Al Ain,UAE Gender: Female Preferred Salary: AED 2,000 AED 3,000 (Based on Experience & Skills) Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate Joiners only About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Caf Chef (Breakfast, Italian & Dessert Cuisine) to join a growing caf and restaurant operation in the UAE.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing breakfast items, caf -style dishes, Italian pasta, and desserts while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of Emirati-inspired breakfast dishes, Middle Eastern specialties, modern caf menu items, pasta dishes, and desserts in a fast-paced caf environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast and brunch menu items. Cook Shakshuka, Halloumi dishes, Labneh dishes, and traditional breakfast platters. Prepare caf -style sandwiches, croissants, avocado toast, and specialty breakfast items. Prepare Italian pasta dishes including Alfredo, Pesto, Red Sauce, White Sauce, and Pink Sauce pasta. Produce and plate desserts including Cheesecake, San Sebastian Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Brownies, Cookies, and Cakes. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Assist with menu development and daily specials when required. Ability to work independently in a small to medium-sized caf operation. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Caf Chef, Breakfast Chef, Commis Chef, or Demi Chef. Experience in caf , coffee shop, casual dining, or breakfast restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of breakfast preparation and brunch service. Experience preparing Italian pasta dishes. Basic pastry and dessert preparation skills. Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude.
