Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves producing detailed technical drawings and plans for interior design projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and an ability to translate conceptual designs into precise technical representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed interior design drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Work closely with interior designers and architects to translate design concepts into technical plans.
• Ensure all CAD drawings are compliant with industry and company standards.
• Coordinate with consultants for seamless integration.
• Update and revise drawings as necessary based on changes to design plans or project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for design proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Manage and maintain project file organization, including CAD files, plans, and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in CAD, drafting, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a CAD Technician within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), especially within an interior design or architectural firm.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other CAD software such as Revit or SketchUp.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with design teams and project managers.
