Responsibilities

  • Develop, draft, and build detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD software
  • Create 3D models and visualizations using AutoCad Civil 3D and TopCon software
  • Produce civil engineering designs utilizing Civil 3D to support infrastructure projects
  • Prepare schematics for utility and earthwork design projects, ensuring all specifications are met
  • Review and revise existing drawings based on feedback from engineers or project leads
  • Maintain organized documentation of all design files and revisions for easy access by team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project requirements and timelines

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong drafting skills with the ability to create precise technical drawings
  • Experience with land surveying equipment and data collection
  • Familiarity with site work design concepts and schematic development
  • Ability to interpret engineering plans and specifications accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration within a team environment
