About This Role
Prepare, review, and coordinate MEP CAD/BIM drawings across disciplines. Ensure proper integration and clash detection between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural drawings. Manage drawing standards, layering, templates, and naming conventions. Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve design and installation issues. Maintain and update as-built drawings based on site changes. Conduct internal drawing reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts. Track drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals. Ensure adherence to local codes, standards, and client requirements. Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation when required.
