About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with experience in interior fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, conducting site measurements, coordinating with project teams, and utilizing modern AI-powered design tools to improve efficiency and presentation quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed interior fit-out shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
Develop layout plans, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, joinery details, and ceiling plans.
Create interior design presentations and material boards for client approvals.
Utilize AI-powered design and drafting tools to enhance productivity and visualization.
Produce high-quality 3D renders and visual presentations.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and client requirements.
Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
Assist in preparing design concepts and technical documentation.
Support project execution through continuous coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and Joinery projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Experience using AI design and visualization tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out detailing and construction methods.
- Excellent site measurement and site coordination skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- UAE experience is preferred.
