Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve Level 3 (L3) product defects in C2M by coordinating with Oracle Support.
- Raise and track Oracle SRs; test and validate Oracle-provided fixes.
- Deploy bundles in SIT/UAT environments, prepare test plans, release notes, and RCAs.
- Work on performance-related issues, legal/statutory requirements, and product bugs.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle C2M with focus on SOM, Device Management.
- Experience handling SRs, coordinating with Oracle, and managing patch deployment.
- Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis, and regression testing.
- Understanding of production-equivalent environments and patch workflows.
