Role overview
Lead event setup operations and help deliver well-prepared event spaces and memorable guest experiences.
Event and banquet operations
- Direct the banquet setup team, Meetings and Convention Services Managers, and Facilities Managers to prepare event spaces to client specifications and inspect them on schedule.
- Oversee event breakdown and cleanup to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness for future functions.
- Guide and assist with furniture care, floor maintenance, carpet cleaning, and banquet-space presentation.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing banquet functions.
- Work with Culinary and F&B teams to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve banqueting experiences.
Team leadership
- Build a diverse, high-performing, guest- and team-member-centric team that reflects company values.
- Manage and coach banquet and facilities team members, address issues promptly, and foster a motivated, collaborative work environment.
