C-17 Training Customer Technical Training Specialist​ (Registrar)

Position overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and disseminate training documentation and student records; track enrollment, instructor assignments, and training requirements.
• Coordinate technical training course development, delivery, and evaluation; facilitate practical work training requirements.
• Analyze training data and produce visualizations to support accurate, high-quality training products and operational decisions.
• Use specialized software to support training information systems and provide schedule and syllabus information to staff and students.
• Maintain training communications; coordinate event and meeting logistics and conference room schedules.
• Liaise with multiple audiences and support regulatory and internal audits involving training records.

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of scheduling, facility reservation management, and staff coordination experience.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to liaise with multiple audiences and work with multidisciplinary teams in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must already have UAE work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Offer is contingent on obtaining a base pass.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with training management systems or student information systems; producing data visualizations or reports; and supporting technical or military flight operations and maintenance training is preferred.
• Familiarity with event and conference logistics is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.

Location and relocation

• This is an international, locally hired position in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense; relocation assistance is not provided.

Schedule

• The position is not a shift-worker role.
