Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills/Knowledge 1.Technical Know-how: Expertise in the proprietary process and electrical supplier base. 2.Part Development: Deep understanding of the end-to-end part development process. 3.Project Management: Ability to manage complex model event timelines and project MIS. 4.Costing & Negotiation: Strong commercial skills for budget costing and supplier settlements. 5.Market Awareness: Knowledge of upcoming tech trends, government policies, and impact analysis. Behavioural Skills 1.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written interaction for cross-functional alignment. 2.Presentation Skills: Ability to present cost compilations and project status to stakeholders. 3.Analytic Skills: Strong capability for RM trend analysis and gap analysis versus base models. 4.Problem Solving: Resolving internal and external customer issues during the development lifecycle. 5.Collaboration: Working within an operating network including R&D, Vendor Development, and SQA.
