About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all villa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance
• Coordinate and manage household staff including housemaids, drivers, gardeners, and security personnel
• Manage household budgets, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships
• Greet and attend to guests with the highest standards of hospitality
• Plan and coordinate private events, dinners, and gatherings
• Liaise with contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers
• Maintain an inventory of household assets, silverware, and valuables
• Ensure the villa is immaculate and all facilities are functioning properly at all times
• Handle travel arrangements, reservations, and personal errands as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a House Manager or Butler in the UAE
• Prior experience working in a private villa or UHNWI household strongly preferred
• Excellent command of English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of household staff
• Proficient in budgeting, inventory management, and household administration
• Impeccable grooming, presentation, and professional conduct
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
