Role overview

Personalized butler service

• Provide attentive, discreet service to principals and family members; anticipate needs, preferences, and daily requirements.
• Coordinate service routines, respond promptly to special requests, and maintain awareness of household expectations.
• Maintain professional presentation, sound judgment, initiative, and confidentiality.

Food, beverage, and guest service

• Provide formal and informal dining and beverage service, including table setting, silver service, plate service, clearing, tea, and coffee.
• Coordinate meals with the private chef and oversee dining presentation, glassware, cutlery, linen, and service equipment.
• Assist with private dining, family gatherings, and special occasions.
• Welcome guests and coordinate arrivals, seating, refreshments, and dining while respecting family privacy.

Wardrobe and household coordination

• Assist with wardrobe organization, garment and shoe care, packing and unpacking, laundry, and dry-cleaning coordination.
• Coordinate with the House Manager, chef, housekeeping team, and other household staff.
• Prepare dining areas and service stations, monitor supplies and inventory, communicate service updates, and support household events.

Candidate requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in private household service, UHNW residences, luxury hotels, palace operations, or comparable high-end hospitality.
• Previous experience serving HNW or UHNW principals and distinguished guests is strongly preferred.
• Excellent formal dining, table setting, silver service, and beverage service knowledge; strong luxury hospitality etiquette.
• Experience coordinating with chefs, housekeepers, and other household personnel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
• Discretion, integrity, reliability, attention to detail, ability to anticipate needs, and ability to multitask in a demanding household.
• Verifiable professional references are preferred.

Schedule and employment

• Full-time, live-out employment.
• Working hours are 9 hours per day, with 1 day off per week.

Salary

• Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Location

• Dubai, UAE; UHNW private household.
