• Job Title: Butchery Section Manager

Job Summary:
The Butchery Section Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the butchery section, ensuring high standards of meat quality, hygiene, customer service, inventory control, and staff performance. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, minimizing wastage, and maintaining efficient department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the butchery section.
• Ensure proper cutting, processing, packaging, and display of meat products.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, freshness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and product ordering.
• Control wastage and ensure cost-effective department operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate butchery staff to achieve department goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding stock requirements.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports for management.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in butchery operations or supermarket meat section management.
• Strong knowledge of meat cutting, processing, and food safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Good inventory and stock management knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
