Role overview

Main duties

• Prepare food items according to standard procedures, recipe cards, and senior chefs' instructions.
• Support the Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie, and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Maintain basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Receive, check, and properly store deliveries as instructed.
• Carry out other related duties or projects assigned by senior kitchen staff or management, including the Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a luxury brand.
• High level of understanding and knowledge of kitchen operations.
• Proficient in spoken, written, and read English.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to assigned tasks.
