Job Title: Butcher
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Butcher to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in cutting, trimming, preparing while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products according to company standards
Operate meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure freshness and quality of all meat products
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and tools
Properly store and label meat products
Requirements
Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
Ability to use butcher tools and equipment safely
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
