Skills and experience

You’re someone who takes pride in their work, with previous experience of completing customer orders to their preferred requirements. You’ll be passionate about honing your craft and you’ll treat every job with the same exceptional standards. You’ll have knowledge of meat preparation and cuts and be willing to embrace training opportunities to continually develop your skills. You’ll be physically fit, able to use hand tools, lift heavy items and work in cold environments and be enthusiastic and self-motivated to work independently.
