We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Unit Manager to lead a key division within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving strategic growth, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams.
You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that support long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit objectives and growth targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational and financial success.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, operations management, or a senior leadership role.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational growth.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered an advantage.
