We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee the performance of a key business division.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities.
You will play a critical role in shaping business strategy and ensuring the successful execution of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit.
- Monitor business performance through key metrics, reports, and operational analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with company goals.
- Manage and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management, operations leadership, or a similar management role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- MBA or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
