We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented Business Unit Manager to lead and oversee the performance of a key business division.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, achieving financial objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities.

You will play a critical role in shaping business strategy and ensuring the successful execution of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the business unit.
  • Monitor business performance through key metrics, reports, and operational analysis.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align business unit objectives with company goals.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business management, operations leadership, or a similar management role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational success.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • MBA or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
