Overview
A leading Qatar-based diversified investment holding group is seeking a
Senior Analyst – Corporate Development
to support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across multiple business verticals including Infrastructure, Property Development, Hospitality & Healthcare, Financial Services, and Business Services.
This is a highly strategic role within the Corporate Development Office, offering direct exposure to executive leadership and involvement in high-impact transformation and value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of group-wide corporate strategy and transformation initiatives
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic evaluation frameworks
- Drive enterprise transformation programs across multiple business verticals
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and strategic performance assessments
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and value creation levers
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisory partners
- Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and support governance frameworks
- Support change management and implementation of cross-functional transformation programs
Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should bring:
- **7–8 years of professional experience**
- Significant experience with
- Big 4 consulting firms (PwC / EY / Deloitte / KPMG)
- or equivalent top-tier strategy consulting environments
- Strong background in:
- Corporate Strategy
- Business Transformation
• Value Creation Programs
- Strategic Execution
- Management Consulting
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Financial modelling and business case development
- Executive-level presentation and communication skills
- Stakeholder management across senior leadership levels
- Experience managing complex transformation initiatives
- Strong business advisory and strategic thinking orientation
Preferred
- GCC / MENA market exposure
- Experience within diversified holding groups or conglomerates
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
- Exposure across multi-sector business environments

Profiles with predominantly operational delivery, ERP implementation, PMO-only, or pure technology-focused backgrounds will not be considered.
