Business Systems Application Engineer

Act as the primary technical escalation point for internal teams on system-related issues, maintenance and deployments

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key toolsets, advising on new features and architectural improvements

Maintain and support a wide range of on-premise, SaaS and cloud-hosted business applications

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents to maintain high service availability

Liaise with cross-functional teams to communicate case progress and deliver prompt technical resolutions

Manage 3rd party vendors against SLAs to ensure reliable service delivery and support

Oversee the testing and deployment of software patches and application upgrades to ensure security and compliance

Monitor system performance and reporting tools to maintain platform uptime across hybrid infrastructure

Collaborate with business teams and external partners to evaluate, design and integrate new technical solutions

Utilising AI to provide solutions and suggest improvements
