Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay
Role Overview
The analyst builds, maintains, and improves systems that support Procure-to-Pay processes, including back-end configuration, automation, and daily support for systems such as Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.
The role works with Finance partners to understand processes, define requirements and designs, configure and test solutions, and support system users.
The analyst owns day-to-day system health, investigates recurring issues, documents systems, and delivers process automation, integrations, and applicable AI improvements.
The position reports to the Lead, Finance Systems, on the Business Technology Procure-to-Pay team.

The Business Technology Procure-to-Pay team builds and supports systems for purchasing and paying for goods and services, from sourcing and procurement through accounts payable.
The team partners with Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Internal Audit to provide scalable, reliable, well-controlled tools.

The position reports to the Lead, Finance Systems, on the Business Technology Procure-to-Pay team.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, integrations, and reports for Procure-to-Pay systems.
- Resolve requests and incidents, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements.
- Gather partner needs and deliver clear requirements, designs, and tested solutions.
- Automate manual work and improve efficiency, speed, and data accuracy.
- Plan and deliver projects, keeping partners informed of plans, timelines, and progress.
- Support SOX audits and maintain compliant systems through sound design and change management.
- Learn the Finance systems landscape, contribute to the technology roadmap, and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems, including hands-on Coupa experience.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable, and its connections to ERP and related systems.
- Experience with Finance systems and integrations; tools may include Coupa, Zip, and IntelAgree.
- Ability to gather requirements, create designs and test plans, and deliver solutions that work as intended.
- Experience building automations and/or using AI tools in Finance system workflows.
- Comfort working with data to investigate root causes and improve productivity and efficiency.
Compensation
- Salary is listed as USD 100,600–148,000 yearly.
