Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client engagements, build client relationships, and support team development.
• Develop ideas and solutions for internal and external clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Lead the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and business and technical teams.
• Collaborate with clients, data and technology professionals, and third-party strategic partners to deliver transformations and digital implementations.
• Translate complex information into clear terms and develop long-term client solutions.

Skills and experience

• Relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, financial services, or a related field is sought.
• Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, project management, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed system specifications is preferred.
• Financial-services technology solution experience with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Agile methodology experience and two to five or more years of industry experience are preferred.
• French and English bilingualism and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are preferred.
• Experience in business development or delivering financial targets in a service-oriented context is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• The listed salary ranges are for Toronto: CAD 65,500–90,000 for Staff and CAD 90,500–120,000 for Senior.
• Salary is determined by factors including internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
