Candidate qualifications
- Experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder needs using JAD sessions, interviews, user stories, and current- and future-state documents and diagrams.
- Experience translating needs into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
- Experience creating requirements artifacts such as context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs.
- Experience creating test plans and cases, managing defects with development teams, and working with users on user acceptance testing.
- Experience managing requirements through planning, traceability, baselines, and change control.
- Experience with healthcare applications, including patient records, billing and finance, or human resources.
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and Public Sector solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Developer certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
- Candidates must be local to New York or New Jersey.
Pay
- Pay is $80–$90 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze stakeholder business needs using workshops, interviews, user stories, and current- and future-state documents and diagrams.
- Translate stakeholder needs into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
- Create and maintain requirements communication artifacts, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, and interface specifications.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, JAD sessions, and structured walkthroughs to communicate requirements effectively.
- Create test plans and cases, manage defects with development teams, and support user acceptance testing.
- Manage requirements through planning, traceability, baseline establishment, and change control.
