Role overview

Systems analysis and delivery

• Define requirements, configure applications, and support implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, primarily across Supply Chain Management modules.
• Act as the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain subject matter expert and advise on process improvements and technical solutions.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams, defining workflows and written requirements for implementation and optimization.
• Configure and QA test features; support user acceptance testing and production deployment.

Process improvement and support

• Assess complex supply chain problems and identify improvement opportunities; support strategic initiatives from development through execution.
• Perform root cause analysis and design future-state processes across global supply chain operations.
• Analyze application integrations, support end users, resolve issues, and work with external consultants on production issues and implementations.
• Define report and application-change specifications; support acquisition integrations, configurations, and data conversions.
• Support all aspects of the internal software development lifecycle.

Qualifications and experience

• At least 5 years of supply chain or manufacturing process improvement experience; life sciences experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Planning modules.
• Experience implementing systems that support supply chain processes and optimizing business processes.

Additional skills

• LEAN continuous improvement experience is desirable.
• SQL query-writing experience for data quantification or troubleshooting is desirable.
• Strong English written and verbal communication, presentation, training, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and quick to learn.
