Job functions
- Provide sales analytics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting support; support sales review and performance meetings.
- Measure and communicate sales KPIs and analyze performance against goals to identify trends and weaknesses.
- Create and distribute sales reports and dashboards; support Salesforce data management, dashboard maintenance, and CRM data quality.
- Support Salesforce, LIMS, ELN, and other business applications.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, validation, and deployment of system changes.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams across operations, sales, IT, and laboratories.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, laboratories, testing, or commercial operations.
- At least 2 years of CRM systems experience; Salesforce preferred.
- Intermediate Excel required; advanced Excel preferred.
- Proficient user-level skills with LabVantage LIMS.
- Familiarity with LIMS, Salesforce, or document workflow systems.
