Business Support & Operations Coordinator (Saudi Female)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote – Initial Phase)
Onus Group is seeking a motivated Saudi female to join our growing KSA team and provide administrative, operational, and coordination support across our business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
- Assist with document preparation, reporting, and record management.
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-up actions.
- Support business development and project coordination activities.
- Assist with office and general administrative requirements.
- Manage and follow up on government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, MISA and other relevant portals.
- Support visa processing, employee transfers, work permits, and residency-related procedures.
- Monitor company compliance requirements and coordinate timely renewals of licenses, registrations, and official documents.
Requirements
- Saudi National (Female).
- Based in Riyadh.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
