Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Support Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with some flexibility for remote work.

The Business Support Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, analyze organizational performance, and support financial processes.

Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and partners will be a key responsibility, alongside ensuring alignment of operational goals with the organization’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to oversee business processes and improve efficiency
  • Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning and resource allocation
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial or support role is an asset
