This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Support Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days.
The role involves managing daily operations, supporting financial planning and analysis, overseeing budgeting processes, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
The Business Support Manager will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, facilitate effective communication, and support decision-making to drive organizational success.
Additionally, the role requires providing recommendations for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in interpreting data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Operations Management experience with a focus on optimizing workflows and resource allocation
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to ensure effective financial planning and management
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly
- Proven experience in project management and leadership in a business support or operations role
- Eagerness to embrace hybrid working styles and maintain effective productivity both remotely and in-office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Familiarity with the latest business tools and technology to support operational efficiency
