Role Description
This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some remote work.
As a Business Support Manager at VITAL CARE | Serviços de Saúde e Emergência Médica, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and improving day-to-day operational processes, managing financial activities, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
You will also develop and monitor budgets, provide administrative support for organizational functions, and collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operations across departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and the ability to optimize workflows and processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in Budgeting and Finance, including preparing, analyzing, and managing budgets.
- Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and drive clarity across teams.
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical services context is considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
