Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for remote work, involves overseeing business support functions to ensure efficient operations.
The Business Support Manager will manage operational processes, support budgeting and financial activities, and analyze data to optimize workflows.
The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and support decision-making.
Regular communication and coordination will be essential for successful execution of tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving operational efficiency
- Experience in Operations Management to oversee and improve processes
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting for effective financial management and reporting
- Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating across internal teams and stakeholders
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a business support or management role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid working environments
