Role Description
The Business Support Manager at Réseau des Alumni Simplon Sénégal will oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth functioning of administrative, financial, and support activities.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.
The role involves coordinating operational processes, tracking performance indicators, and providing regular reporting to leadership.
The Business Support Manager will support budgeting and financial monitoring, prepare and review documentation, and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities
also include liaising with internal teams and external partners, improving workflows, supporting project planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, including process improvement and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to support planning, monitoring, and reporting of expenditures and resources.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a business support, operations, or administrative management role, preferably in an international or network-based organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating autonomy, reliability, and teamwork.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
