To implement and coordinate a comprehensive Employee Health, Safety and Environmental System for the employees of Vallourec

Business Support Administration

  • role will
  • Provide administrative support to assigned Operations & VFS Manager and Regional Service team
  • Provide operational administration, commercial, and analytical support to the Tubular Management Services team. The role ensures accurate data management, performance reporting (KPI’s/SLA’s), document control, and administrative coordination to support efficient delivery of VMI services.
  • require 3-5 years’ experience in a business support, operations analysis, or administration role, prior experience in an Oil & Gas services or tubular services with a good technical knowledge of business, PowerBI and AI systems. Analysis of information, accuracy of reporting and attention to detail are key to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities, Skills and Knowledge

  • Provide day to day general administrative support to VTSA operations – doc control, reporting and co-ordination between all services departments.
  • Maintain and develop dashboard and performance reports – daily, weekly & monthly.
  • Support in the Collation, validation and analysis of operational data.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational documentation such as job summaries and compliance records etc.
  • Support VTSA management with contract administration activities, including tracking of scope, KPI’s, SLA’s and service deliverables.
  • Liaison with Vallourec Local & Group services teams and Regional OCTG Sales Hub.
  • Support preparation of client reports, performance reviews and commercial responses.
  • VTSA documentation control.
  • KPIs consolidation for stakeholder internal & external.

Education

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related discipline

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in this field of work and with a good level of education.
  • Advanced computer/reporting skills – highly skilled in Microsoft office, PowerBI and AI related systems.
  • Ability to work in a team, is able to accept tasks and deadlines specified by others, with a moderate level of supervision.
  • Can prioritise and mange administrative and analysis tasks for several stakeholders.
  • Understanding of operational and commercial data structures.
  • Strong organisational skills, manage time effectively by understanding priorities to achieve results.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient communication skills required for liaison with other members of staff and contractors and customers.
  • Knowledge of OCTG business would be beneficial.
  • **Wished: knowledge of the OCTG Tubular Management Services or equivalent Oil & Gas service company.**
