Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
- Identify business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships; evaluate business models and market-entry and expansion plans.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry assessments.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders; collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Prepare proposals, strategic plans, feasibility studies, and management presentations; analyze performance and financial indicators.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects, negotiate commercial agreements, and develop forecasts, targets, and performance indicators.
- Assess risks, monitor market and competitor developments, support senior management decisions, and recommend initiative improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business strategy, business development, corporate planning, or a similar management role.
- Strong market analysis, strategic planning, commercial development, and business growth understanding.
- Demonstrated opportunity assessment and strategy development ability; experience developing partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical, financial assessment, negotiation, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business analysis tools; able to manage priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
