We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Specialist - Microsoft Office to work on a contractor basis.
This role involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, with a focus on optimizing business processes and creating high-quality training data.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools, collaborating remotely with a team to shape the future of AI development in the technology industry.
The role requires strong business acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with the goal of enabling AI systems to learn, reason, and perform more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business processes using advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Create, format, and organize high-quality business documents and presentations that serve as training data for AI development, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate remotely with the team to achieve project goals, providing expertise and guidance on business process analysis and optimization.
- Develop and implement data organization and document formatting strategies to support AI training data development.
- Evaluate and improve business intelligence strategies, providing recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create complex documents and presentations.
- Experience with Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, with the ability to collaborate remotely and work effectively in a cloud-based environment.
- Proven business process analysis and optimization skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
