The company seeks a business support professional with UAE and international corporate services experience.
The role focuses on sales, client relationships, and account management for the company's services.
Responsibilities
- Sell business setup and company formation services and manage client accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable company solutions.
- Grow sales and meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop referral-agent relationships and attract new clients.
- Onboard new clients and handle requests, order changes, and complaints.
- Promote services to prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
- Work with operations, finance, management, marketing, and other departments to deliver services accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- At least 2–4 years of experience in the same field as the company's services; applicants without experience will not be considered.
- At least 1 year of UAE business setup experience.
- Russian is required, and spoken and written English proficiency is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree and advanced computer skills are required.
- The candidate should be professional, independent, able to work under pressure, dedicated, and an effective team player.
- Knowledge of another language is advantageous.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 7,000–8,000 depending on experience, plus monthly commission.
- The company offers training, professional development, company visa and health insurance, and UAE labour-law benefits.
Schedule
- Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Workplace
- Work is in person at the company's office in JLT, Dubai, in front of a metro station.
