We help entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international investors establish and grow their businesses through Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation services.
Our team works closely with UAE government authorities to deliver seamless business setup solutions, ensuring clients receive professional guidance from initial consultation through to company formation and ongoing compliance.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an ambitious Freelance Business Setup Consultant to join our team and help expand our client network across the UAE and international markets.
Role Description
This is a freelance hybrid role based in Dubai, offering flexibility to work remotely while meeting clients when required.
The Business Setup Consultant will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting business consultations, recommending suitable company formation solutions, and guiding clients through the UAE business setup process.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, and personal contacts.
- Conduct consultations for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable licensing and business structure options.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business setup plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and government authorities to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Build long-term relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on UAE business regulations, visa policies, and company formation procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, PRO Services, Banking, Immigration, Real Estate, or B2B Sales.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and licensing frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Law, or related field is preferred.
