Business Setup Consultant( Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused female Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE’s company formation process and be skilled at advising clients on legal structures, documentation, and procedures.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Advise potential clients on the most suitable company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business goals.

Handle the end-to-end company setup process: documentation, license applications, visa processing, and approvals.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, both locally and internationally.

Coordinate with government authorities (DLD, DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) for processing approvals and renewals.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering timely support and follow-up throughout the setup journey.

Stay informed on changes in UAE laws and regulations related to business incorporation, immigration, and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, PRO, finance) to ensure a seamless client experience.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and service agreements for prospective clients.

Experience: 3 months - 3 years in business setup, company formation, or corporate services in the UAE.

Familiarity with mainland, free zone, and offshore company setup procedures.

Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory authorities and licensing bodies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English &Hindi is required; Malayalam is Mandatory.

Strong attention to detail and client-service orientation.

Presentable, confident, and professional in appearance and approach.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
