Overview
We are hiring a **Business Setup Consultant** with strong experience in UAE Mainland and Freezone company formation.
This role requires solid knowledge of licensing structures, government procedures, documentation, compliance, client advisory, and closing business professionally.
This is not a basic sales role.
You must be able to guide clients correctly and handle the full business setup process from consultation to trade license issuance.
If you do not understand Mainland vs Freezone structures, DET/DED procedures, license activities, visa eligibility, and UAE company formation documentation, you will struggle here.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients on UAE company formation options, including Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore structures.
- Advise clients on suitable license activities, legal structures, shareholding options, visa eligibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle the complete business setup process from initial consultation to trade license issuance.
- Prepare and review application forms, legal documents, MOAs, lease agreements, approvals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with DET/DED, Freezone authorities, immigration, banks, and government service providers.
- Manage client relationships and provide clear, professional updates throughout the setup process.
- Identify client needs and recommend relevant services such as visa processing, PRO services, accounting, tax, banking assistance, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of client files, approvals, payments, and license documentation.
- Achieve sales targets through consultative selling, follow-ups, referrals, and professional client handling.
- Stay updated with UAE business setup regulations, Freezone policies, licensing changes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, corporate services, or PRO/business consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of DET/DED regulations, Mainland licensing, Freezone structures, and UAE company formation procedures.
- Excellent consultative sales and client advisory skills.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in legal documentation and government applications.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and applications at the same time.
- Confident, target-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Existing knowledge of major UAE Freezones and their licensing processes.
- Experience handling investor visas, partner visas, establishment cards, and immigration-related procedures.
- Basic understanding of UBO, ESR, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax compliance.
- Ability to explain complex legal and regulatory requirements clearly to clients.
- Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other additional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong network within UAE corporate services, Freezones, or government service channels.
