Business Setup Consultant

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consult entrepreneurs and investors establishing businesses in the UAE; recommend mainland or Free Zone jurisdictions, business activities, licence types, and company structures.
• Prepare and explain quotations, setup costs, timelines, and documentation requirements; manage enquiries, convert qualified leads, and follow up through the sales process.
• Coordinate company formation from consultation to licence issuance, working with authorities, Free Zones, and PRO teams.
• Advise on establishment cards, immigration, visas, and related corporate services; support corporate bank account opening documentation.
• Cross-sell visas, Golden Visa, PRO services, accounting, tax, and other corporate services; maintain client records and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on UAE licensing regulations, Free Zone offers, government procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of UAE business setup consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland company formation and major Free Zones such as IFZA, Meydan, and DMCC.
• Good understanding of business activities, licence categories, and external approvals.
• Knowledge of UAE immigration, establishment, and visa procedures; basic understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and business compliance.
• Experience handling entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills; excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Able to independently manage leads and client relationships, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
