Role Description

The Business Setup Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Business Setup Advisor is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on UAE company formation, business licensing, visa services, and other related corporate solutions.

The role includes conducting client consultations, sales meetings, following up with prospects, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly sales and GP targets.

The Business Setup Advisor is expected to maintain strong client relationships, provide excellent customer service, and guide clients throughout the business setup process while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, submitting daily and periodic reports, coordinating with the operations team for smooth processing of applications, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals to support the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business setup, corporate services, or a similar advisory role within the UAE is highly beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and free zone, Mainland & offshore company structures are preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation.
  • Ability to generate leads and achieve sales and GP targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
