Guide clients through company formation and business setup, including mainland and free zone options, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, assess client needs, prepare documents, coordinate with government and regulatory authorities, and track applications.
- Advise on residency and visa solutions, sponsorship arrangements, and corporate structuring; provide clear and timely client updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and support efficient client experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret regulations, assess business requirements, and recommend suitable setup options.
- Consulting and management consulting experience, preferably in corporate advisory, business setup, or related professional services.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex processes and build trust with diverse clients.
- Finance awareness to understand basic implications of business structures, fees, and investment options.
- Knowledge of UAE business setup regulations, free zone and mainland frameworks, and government procedures.
- Proven client-facing experience, organizational skills, and attention to documentation and process tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; consulting or business advisory certifications are an advantage.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple engagements, and use standard office and CRM software.
