BUSINESS SET UP CONSULTANT

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations.
• Guide clients through legal requirements, licensing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting company registration documents to relevant government authorities and free zones.
• Provide consultation on business activities, trade license selection, and jurisdiction recommendations based on client requirements.
• Support clients with visa applications, residency permits, Emirates ID processing, and immigration-related services.
• Coordinate corporate bank account opening processes and assist clients in preparing required documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zones, banks, and strategic partners.
• Conduct business consultations, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions and services.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates throughout the company formation process.
• Provide post-incorporation support, including license renewals, amendments, compliance requirements, and other corporate services.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations, licensing policies, and market developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, company formation, or a similar sales consultancy role.
• Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes.
• Knowledge of UAE immigration, visa, and corporate banking procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
