Algomatic is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in algorithmic trading solutions, trading technology, financial education, and global business development.
We are expanding our international sales team and are looking for ambitious Sales Executives to drive client acquisition and business growth across multiple global markets.
Markets We Are Hiring For
- We are currently recruiting Dubai-based Sales Executives with experience in the following regions:
- Philippines (English & Tagalog preferred)
• Russia & CIS (English & Russian)
- MENA Region (English & Arabic preferred)
- Europe (English plus Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert new clients through outbound and inbound sales activities and leads.
- Promote Algomatic's trading solutions, financial products, and educational programs to prospective clients.
- Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with traders, investors, affiliates, and business partners.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Sales Head to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions within the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Mandatory
- One year of experience in Forex, CFD, Fintech, Brokerage, Financial Services, Investment Products, Wealth Management, or Trading Education sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Professional proficiency in English and languages mentioned.
