Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Risk Manager/Shift Manager - EGM Operations.
The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The position involves monitoring operational activities, identifying and assessing risks, escalating issues, and implementing immediate corrective measures when required.
The Business Risk Manager/Shift Manager will coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective controls, and consistent application of risk management frameworks.
The role also includes preparing shift reports, maintaining detailed records, supporting audits, and contributing to improvements in operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
- Strong background in risk disciplines, including Enterprise Risk Management and practical exposure to operational or business risk frameworks.
- Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and familiarity with relevant industry standards and local regulations.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret financial data and assess its risk implications.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including the ability to identify trends, evaluate controls, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience in shift-based operations or similar supervisory roles, preferably in a regulated or high-control environment.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and compliant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
