We are looking for a Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate business projects from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage business projects across multiple departments.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align project goals with business needs.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and reporting activities.
- Facilitate meetings, prepare project documentation, and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Track project performance and recommend process improvements where necessary.
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and business expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, business operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
