Role overview

Financial management and program execution

• Advise on financial execution, audit, policy, and fiscal-law interpretation.
• Perform and review financial management work, provide oversight, and train G8 staff.
• Review drafts of financial work products before government-lead review or use.
• Research and communicate solutions supported by logic, precedent, and fiscal law.
• Track tasks across the PAE MG financial community and coordinate proposed responses.
• Lead PAE MG headquarters financial management programming and planning.
• Review, analyze, develop, and interpret R-Forms, P-Forms, POM requirements, and spend plans.
• Enter information in cProbe, FEM, GFEBS, SharePoint, ABO systems, CCaR FM, and internal PAE MG systems.
• Prepare execution reports and consolidate tasker responses with subordinate program management analysts.
• Complete POM and funds-execution taskers by suspense dates without supervision.
• Coordinate the Annual Statement of Assurance and RMIC activities with financial improvement and audit-readiness contacts.
• Validate award nomination packages for accuracy and compliance; support OMA spend plans, DTS, DAWDF, SDT, and Syncada execution.

Organizational support

• Support projects and assignments across resource management, coordinating with headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
• Manage taskers, staffing packets, and internal coordination requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PAE MG G8.

Required qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• Senior-level financial analyst experience at FM Level 3 is required.
• Demonstrated PPBES knowledge and a cPROBE SIPR account are required.
• Proficiency in GFEBS Project Systems and Budget and GFEBS funds execution is required.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint are required.

Compensation

• Listed salary range is USD 160,000-200,000 per year.
