Business Process Manager

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end operational workflows across departments.

This role will play a key part in ensuring alignment between teams, streamlining internal tools, and enabling scalable processes across the company.

You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, customer success, and product teams to translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities Design and document business processes across the organization.

Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to automate workflows.

Own internal tooling for business process management (e.g., Notion, Asana, Zapier, or custom solutions).

Define and track KPIs for process performance and improvement.

Lead change management and ensure smooth process rollouts.

Act as the system owner of our internal BPM platform (custom-built or third-party).
